Stress Less Breath?

Stress Less Music could be called Stress Less Breath, given that it is actually your breath which is the secret sauce offering a ''guarantee" that you will feel less stressed after playing our music.
If you practice slow, deliberate breathing, your stress levels will decrease. This is a scientifically proven and much studied fact.
But just as a film would tell the same story without a musical score. though not with the same emotional impact, it is the music in our programme which takes slow breathing to the next level.
When you play music, breathe slowly in time with the music and then - in a relatively short time later - improvise on the notes you've learned AND breathe slowly, not only will your stress levels reduce, but you will begin to feel a sense of joyous peace.
That is the goal of the team at Stress Less Music: to create a sense of joyous peace in every person in the world, one person at a time.
