Stress Less Breath?
Stress Less Music could be called Stress Less Breath, given that it is actually your breath which is the secret sauce offering a ''guarantee" that you will feel less stressed after playing our music. If you practice slow, deliberate breathing, your stress levels will decrease. This is a scientifically proven and much studied fact . But just as a film would tell the same story without a musical score. though not with the same emotional impact, it is the music in our program
